Here’s the transcript from the video:

Ugo: “Hey, it’s me, Ugo. And today I’m going to show you how to start selling wholesale on Amazon and reach 8 million business customers globally.

“Selling wholesale can have a huge impact on sales because business customers often buy in larger quantities and return items less, which means you can sell more with less time and effort.

“If you’re ready to sell wholesale products, Amazon Business is a great place to start. Here’s how!

Selling wholesale can have a huge impact on sales because business customers often buy in larger quantities and return items less.

Get your account ready

“Start by setting up your Amazon selling account. Grab your business registration and licenses and go to sell.amazon.com to get started. You’ll want to choose a Professional selling plan. It costs $39.99 a month, but the Amazon Business program is included with your Professional account.

“Now, here’s the important part: Gather your supplier invoices from the last 180 days, showing at least 10 units purchased. You’ll need those for product approval. Check the “how to find wholesalers guide” for the complete documentation checklist.

List your products for B2B success

“Start by creating your listings in Seller Central. If you have multiple products, use the bulk upload feature with a spreadsheet. For just a few items, add them one at a time using the Add Products tool.

“Keep those invoices handy for any products that need approval.

Now let’s talk pricing strategy

“This is separate from your regular consumer pricing. Add quantity discounts to attract those bulk buyers. Business customers love volume deals. You can also consider the Automate Pricing tool to stay competitive without constant manual updates.

Choose your fulfillment strategy

“You have three options for your existing inventory.

  1. FBA [Fulfillment by Amazon]: Send your stock to Amazon, and they’ll handle everything: picking, packing, shipping, customer service, and returns.
  2. AWD: That’s Amazon Warehousing and Distribution, low-cost bulk storage with automatic distribution to fulfillment centers when needed.
  3. FBM: Fulfilled by Merchant, where you handle your own storage and ship orders yourself.

“Compare fulfillment options in the Amazon Business guide and check the Revenue Calculator to compare profits based on fulfillment method.

“And that’s it:

  • Set up your B2B pricing.
  • Choose your fulfillment method.
  • And start reaching the 97 Fortune 100 companies shopping on Amazon Business today.

“Download both guides in the description and visit B2B Central in Seller Central to activate all your wholesale-selling features.
