Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA)
Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) is a fulfillment option that allows sellers to ship products into Amazon’s fulfillment network and outsource packing, shipping, customer service, and returns. FBA can help you save time, reduce operational costs, and grow your business.

4 ways to boost sales with the FBA Dashboard

To access the FBA Dashboard in Seller Central, hover over Inventory in the main menu, then click FBA Inventory.

1. Spot growth opportunities

The FBA Enrollment Opportunities feature shows recommendations for high-potential products you can enroll in FBA to see a potential sales lift.

2. Track shipments

See a visual representation of shipments with status insights like “at fulfillment center” and “in transit.” You can also see alerts for issues like missing tracking IDs so you can find ways to avoid problems and resolve delays.

3. Plan and optimize inventory

At a glance, see factors contributing to your Inventory Performance Index (IPI) and storage utilization ratio, as well as recommendations for optimizing inventory like restocking or creating outlet deals.

4. Analyze returns

The FBA Returns page provides a single destination for managing your FBA returns. It also provides insights into the reasons for customer returns and return trends over time, and helps you discover opportunities to reduce return rates, which can boost your bottom line.

To get started with the FBA Dashboard and see insights for your business, log in to your Amazon Seller Central account, or sign up for a selling plan.
