What is Brand Analytics?

Brand Analytics is a tool in Seller Central that brands can use to review aggregate customer data. It’s made up of a series of dashboards:
Customer loyalty
Search
Consumer behavior
Customer Loyalty Analytics
Search Catalog Performance
Repeat Purchase Behavior
Search Query Performance
Demographics
Top Search Terms
Market Basket Analysis
Whether you’re optimizing the customer experience or assessing your marketing campaigns to drive more repeat purchases, having the right data can help inform your strategy and grow your business.

Who can use Brand Analytics?

To access Brand Analytics, you need a Professional selling account. You also need to be a brand representative for a brand enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry (login required). If you aren’t currently a brand representative, contact an administrator for your brand and request that they assign you this selling role (login required).

Understanding your audience can help you sell more products

When you sell online, it can be challenging to learn about customer preferences. Who’s clicking? Why are they buying? And what can you do to drive more conversions and stand apart from the competition? In ecommerce, customer behavior analytics can help you spot trends and make decisions about selecting and positioning products.

Boost customer lifetime value and optimize engagement

Create customer segments and analyze purchase patterns
The Customer Loyalty Analytics dashboard helps you engage with loyal customers and increase your overall customer lifetime value. Unlock insights into shopping behavior and historical trends. Identify and reward your most valuable customers. Or reach out to customers who haven’t made a purchase in a while. You can also get recommendations for programs like Brand Tailored Promotions.

Make data-driven decisions with key metrics

Monitor impressions, clicks, cart adds, and purchases so you can strategically enhance the shopping experience, resolve issues, and capitalize on trends.

Optimize product listings for more clicks
The Search Catalog Performance dashboard helps you understand customer behavior. Identify drop-off points and address problems with product discoverability and sales conversion.

Identify profitable trends and opportunities
The Search Query Performance dashboard lists keywords customers use to find your brand. Look at query volume, impressions, clicks, cart adds, and purchases to spot ways to expand your catalog.

Zero in on the right keywords
The Top Search Terms dashboard gives a broad view of customer search activity across Amazon stores. It lists what keywords customers use to find products, along with the top three products, categories, and brands associated with each keyword. Use this to inform your SEO strategy, add keywords to product detail pages, and uncover advertising opportunities.
