Frequently Asked Questions

How much does AWD cost?
If you’re an FBA seller, there are no fees for enrolling in AWD. You’ll be charged only when you send your inventory to our warehousing and distribution facilities. Learn more.
How does auto-replenishment work?
Auto-replenishment relies on a proprietary data-science model that monitors the inventory levels in Prime-ready fulfillment centers and triggers replenishments in order to maintain adequate inventory levels so that your products stay in stock. If you leave auto-replenishment enabled, your products are considered in stock and buyable when they're received by AWD, and we manage your replenishments so you don't have to worry about Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) capacity limits.
How much does AWD cost during the holiday season?
AWD has simple, pay-as-you-go pricing with no additional costs for the holiday season.
What products can be stored with AWD?
AWD is available for a variety of FBA products. When you book shipments to AWD, we’ll confirm that the products you’re trying to send are eligible for the program. We’re working to make more products eligible for AWD.
Can I send inventory currently stored in FBA to AWD instead?
No. You can’t move inventory from FBA to AWD because items are stored differently in our fulfillment and distribution centers. In FBA fulfillment centers, items are optimized for picking, packing, and delivery. In AWD facilities, inventory is optimized for bulk storage.
